I would give the overall service here a 3 ! Upon arriving the woman at the door was really welcoming and sweet soon as I sat down I got a taste of a different young ladies attitude! I was charged more for having hair on my head lol I swear they want you to have no more than 4 inches of hair and little to no thickness which hysterical for a black braiding shop mind you my hair stops around the top of my shoulder . I wasn’t discounted for providing my own curly hair due to them not providing the color , okay fine , but Instead I was charged more for getting the exact hair they told me to get again outrageous. Not only that they made me separate my curly hair didn’t even ask just sat a dirty tub on top of my lap when I went to do something on my phone she asked if I had a problem and needed

I’m fine with my hair . If you’re looking for a relaxing and professional experience….. lol. Don’t expect basic customer service either. It’s unfortunate but that’s just is what it is. They also put a lot of gel in your hair like ALOT. I’ve never experienced that before with the african braiding shops. They’re usually the only people that can braid well using so much product. So don’t recommend but they’ll get the job done . An option if you need something last minute

The owner was arguing with most of the customers. They asked us to put the tissue in the garage because it’ll back the toilet up. They don't know how to talk to their customers, I asked for boho knotless they didn't braid all the way down. I said I wanted my knotless to be braided down they decided they was going to curl it when I never asked them to curl the braids I simply asked for knotless with boho then tried to charge $50 more to braid down. They let ppl get in front of you if they was getting a faster hair style no matter how early you got up to be there. They was actively arguing with many customers.

This place was an experience. I was told to come at 8:30 for an appointment and the price would be $250. When I arrived there wasn’t enough braiders for everyone so I waited for 3 hours before my Braider arrived. While waiting I was handed some boho and asked to the separate now I wasn’t upset but damn I don’t work here. The owner asked me what I was getting and I showed her our text with my hairstyle and she said she would charge an extra $20 because I have a lot of hair. That irritated the mess out of me because you should have said that in the text messages that the price may vary. And again this is a Saturday and my only to get my hair done before my birthday so I felt like I didn’t have any choice but to wait. My Braider finally started and she was amazing yall my hair is tea babyyyyy

do NOT go here! did my braids big in the back and small in the front. would not recommend them to anyone! 0/10. also had me in there for 12 hours. bathroom was also nasty.
