2 year patron here. I enjoyed coming in and getting my haircut here. But this will be the last time. I wanted a simple skin fade, no length cut from the top just thinned out. Same as I always get. The lady cut it uneven on both left and right leaving patches and undone fades, hardly touched up the back of my head. And took length off from the top. I usually go with another person but they either left or were let go. And that’s another issue this place can’t keep their employees so you have to take that risk and see if they can cut your hair the way you want it. For the price we pay this is unacceptable.

TLDR: The owner is a hostile, unprofessional liar. On 12/1/25, my husband came home with this "hair cut". As you can see from the photos, the stylist left multiple sections undone, with long, random chunks sticking out everywhere. She cut into his side burns, and was unprofessional the entire service, barely speaking because her mouth was full of food. I called after seeing the results of this negligent "service", and spoke with Valencia on Monday, 12.1.25 right after he got home. She assured me that they would refund me immediately and that we could go pick up the cash refund as she could not stop the debit payment. I had an amazing experience with Valencia. She will be my forever head dresser. I came for a cut beard trim and bleached my hair. This is one of my favorite hairstyles I’ve had since I cut off my dreads. I will definitely be coming back. Everybody’s lively here. Everybody is amazing especially Valencia.

Paula is good people and gives a great cut with attention to detail. Pleasant to talk to and easy going. She has cit my hair twice thus far and I'll be returning as long as she is available. Cold beer and great head massage.

Went there for the first time today and it was a great experience! Super relaxing atmosphere and very professional stylists. As a female with a men’s cut, it can be really intimidating walking into a new barbershop because barbershop culture can be very male-only at a lot of places, but Emmy made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job on my hair. Will definitely be going back!
