Miss Niecey is a vibe! The shop is clean, secure, and welcoming. Miss Neicey is a Master location and does professional and stellar work. I love this shop because you don't sit around waiting for your appointments. Your service is dedicated to you and is professional from start to finish. I love sitting with and talking with Miss Niecey, she is always so sweet, kind, positive, and engaging. It's like having your sister doing your hair and just vibing.
