very lazy staff why is there only 2 workers here! There should be at least 4 at a time 2 on feet 2 on hands. I’ve been waiting for a long time!!!!!!!!!! I went right next door they have better service

I stopped by this nail salon after the gym to pamper myself, and the technician who did my manicure and pedicure was patient, and calm. However, throughout my visit, I noticed that her colleagues would make comments to her in mandarin. She did not respond or look up, and I could sense that the comments made her uncomfortable. Halfway through my manicure, after another side remark from her colleagues, she apologetically asked me to pay before my service was completed. I had no issue paying upfront and even left a $10 cash tip. However, I had been there long enough to observe multiple patrons settle their bills at the end of their service. Horrible the lady stayed on the phone and argued the whole time , she did a horrible job on my nails I asked her for certain shape and she ignored me I asked her to fix it she told me come back tomorrow

Went there to do my nails i got a stiletto glass tip with 2 ombre nails. The rest of the nails were clear, The guy that did my nail insist on Gel which i declined. After I was given a quoted price of $45 ask me how i ended up paying $55. Mind u a soak off is $5/$6, glass tip is $25 n I'm guessing the $10 is for the ombre. Well apart from paying $3 for the use of my card the rest of the money went to a plain silver glitter polish on the tips. I would never set my feet in that establishment again. Mind you this silver glitter isn't special but i was told glitter is extra. Again I only had 2 ombre nails and everything was plain polish. I find this disgusting business practice of charging your customers for regular polish that would typically be free with a regular set. Disgusting money hun

This Nail Salon Is Horrible, Id Give 0 Stars If I Could. They JUST Stop Using Razor For Pedicures (8/26/2015 To Be Precise) Not Only That I Went To Get My Toes Done, An The Polish Chipped Quickly Even With UV Top Coat. An When I Went Back They Convinced Me To Put Acrylic On My Big Toes Because They Claim My Toe Nails Were "To Thin". This Acrylic Hurt My Big Toe For 2 Weeks!! And When I Finally Took It Off I Had A Blood Clot In Both Big Toes. The Management Is Horrible, Did Not Acknowledge My Problem Accordingly When I Came Back. Do Not Go Here I Repeat DO NOT GO HERE THEY'RE RIP OFFS!!
