I respect Mr. Trotter dearly BUT the service that my daughter received from Angelia Curry was not only unacceptable, it was unprofessional & inconsiderate. My daughter had a 4pm appt to receive a silk press service. She arrived on time. It is now 8:30pm and her service is still incomplete. I called at 7:00 to see if my daughter was ready and she was sitting there with a wet head. Her hair had been shampooed but not blown out nor covered. Just sitting for hours. I used to take my daughters to Mr. Trotter’s school & place of business for years & always received exceptional service. But the ball was definitely dropped HARD on this one. I will not utilize their services EVER again. Based solely on the incompetence of Angelia Curry.

Mr. Trotter did my hair. He was knowledgeable and swift to finish. Ms. Renee washed my hair. She is so nice and welcoming. Mostly an older clientele, but I felt very at home
