I was recently referred to this salon and decided to visit in person to gather information and schedule an appointment. As a man, I’ll admit that stepping into a salon for myself felt unfamiliar and slightly intimidating. I wasn’t entirely sure how to articulate the services I needed, and with every chair occupied, I didn’t know who to approach. Fortunately, one of the stylists noticed me, welcomed me, and took the time to explain the available services in detail. She answered my questions with patience and professionalism before scheduling my appointment. I booked the 10:00 a.m. slot (the time the salon opens) and made it clear that punctuality was important to me. Nazz is amazing! My hair was well taken care of and she educated me on how to take better care of my natural hair. It was like talking to my sister and having girl time. You all have a gem and I cannot wait to use her services again! The atmosphere was also very calming. I received a trim, steam treatment and twist set. Ms. Yolanda was amazing as well and she had so much hair knowledge. 😊❤️

Dalana is awesome! My hair was cared for extremely well and the atmosphere was very calming. The shampoo and conditioner are amazing and my scalp feels great.

Update 11/2024: Of course, I only have good things to say. I've only had great experiences here! I love being able to ask questions and get suggestions and ideas. Always a professional but laid back environment. Very peaceful. You don't have to wait forever. Your appt time is your appt time! Update 2/2024: It gets better and better every time I go.
