4yo came in for a trim, Lisa cut it into a PIXIE BOB, blamed me for trusting her father and grandmother to supervise after the word "trim" was used. Above the shoulder Bob from mid back length ringlet curls, and then had the nerve to insult my parenting not liking it and not being there when the childs father and I are not together and this was done behind my back. Uncalled for, unprofessional, and incapable of listening to directions. Completely destroyed my daughter's curl pattern. Do NOT bring curly haired children here, Lisa has zero experience dealing with curls and keeping them intact.
We've been going to this place for 12 years. Very friendly, comfortable environment, reasonable prices. We love Lisa. ❤️
