Saw Chantel new girl wanted highlights chunky. Not done was thinner then angel hair pasta. No one noticed my hair change. Husband said he thought I got my hair done. 220 dollars and nope. Horrible. Still paid Had new appointment had to reschedule tried online 916 when apt was n̈ext day 9am sorry 16 minutes late to reschedule. Emergency had to try to reschedule. Called and was bitched out by megan who said everyone's canceling. And you need to pay for visit. Funny how that is when she was out sick last time I was there couple days prior and she had to reschedule her appointments. Ok for her but not for customers. Not right. And to yell at me on the phone. I will never return.
I've been having my hair cut by Billie Jean for years now. She always does a great job. Everyone there is always friendly. Great environment.

Always on time, clean and do a fantastic job. Even with covid-19 worth the wait for an appointment and talking with the ladies while there. Can not recommend this place enough.
