Great services and very thorough with treatments. I’m getting laser hair removal and all staff are amazing and very accommodating with appointment times. Janna is my laser aesthetician and she does a great job, I strongly recommend her.

My privacy and body was used at my paid session to train a new employee without anyone even asking me. The whole session felt so wrong. They were pulling apart my private areas to “teach,” and doing it while talking in their own language, which made it feel even more invasive and uncomfortable. So so so wrong on so many levels. ☹️ No one gave me the option to say no. And when I called after to complain and respectfully asked for a replacement session, nothing was done. This honestly turned me off from continuing my laser treatments here at all.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Manhattan laser Clinic. Janna is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She made me feel completely at ease during my laser hair removal treatments, and the results have been amazing. The spa is spotless and has a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
