Maple Nails

I have been a customer here for years. I actually loved this place. I got my nails done and they were just not worth the price. I paid a total of 80$ for them. 5$ tip. I worked with Dee and I always work with her my whole family does. Well I called to see if she could fix them because they were just not good (pictures added) she was not very nice on the phone but agreed to do it. So I came in today to get them redone. She did not talk the whole time besides me showing her the nails and her saying “they look fine” and didn’t acknowledge Problems with them they had bumps on the acrylic there were air bubbles. She tried to tell me that she doesn’t make mistakes. I was very disappointed by the way she acted zoomed through my nails and was just rude. I have been nothing but nice and continue to

I took my girls to get their nails done today. They both wanted pink French tip, one of them asked for daisy flowers on an accent nail. At the end of the manicure, I looked and noticed a hair and a lot of bubbles. I mentioned it and the nail tech who did them said she didn't see one, she called another over to look and she also said she couldn't see one and said it wasn't a hair, that it was powder from the manufacturer. I'm sorry but it was a hair and there were a lot of bubbles. My daughter left with cuts around her fingers from the aggressive filing and there just wasn't care when doing them. We won't ever return. I paid $133 for both sets and neither walked out with what they asked for.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this place is terrible. I came a couple years ago and got my nails painted and the lady doing them had cut me and then the same lady doing my nails this time left my nail beds terrible and so thin ( especially my ring finger on my left hand ) my nail beds were so thin that when I touched it, it would hurt she filed and drilled my nail beds to were they were to thin. I tried to soak them off and didn’t work and my sister had to help me get it off and it hurt so bad I started crying because she made my nail beds so thin and put too much acrylic around the bow which made it thick and hard to take off. I will never go back. I hated my nails they looked old instead of fresh and new they was also all different shapes 😡 now today my nail cracked I didn’t even hit it. Only good thing is the woman who did my feet she did an incredible job they’re perfect 🤩

My nail tech filed the skin around my nails and cuticles and my skin has not healed and keeps bleeding and re opening. It was an emergency nail situation and they didn’t do the nail type I wanted and was sloppy with the design had to go home and redo it myself
