Marcg hair salon Dominican style

For $60 I was not expecting miracles but she didn’t even wash my hair clean. The same dried white gel buildup that was on my edges when I arrived was still on my hair when she finished. I knew something was up when she didn’t offer a mirror to check my hair. Then she was rushing out the door to leave and didn’t address my complaints. The other stylists all began speaking in Spanish and talked as if I was not standing there.

First time at the salon got a $65 blow out. 10/10 very neat clean and fast

Marc G Salon never disappoints. Sandra is the best. She listens and translates her customers desires to the ladies in the salon if there is a language gap. I have never stayed longer than 2hrs tops and often out within a little over an hour (shampoo, blow, straighten and trim when needed). I’ve gotten so comfortable with them that I drop my girls off and pick them up once they are finished without worrying about their hair. This is my go to salon generally every two weeks.

Waited a whole 45 mins... no one even acknowledged I was there. Then realized there were 4 or 5 people ahead of me, with only 2 people working in the salon. It would be great if someone would answer the phone to set an appointment (because they usually don't answer the phone). Even had a lady walk in after me saying someone told her to be there at a specific time...the 2 staff members had no clue. Not to mention the many men they turned away (i guess no barber on duty) during that 45 mins I sat there. Thanks, but no thanks.

The lady that did my hair did an absolutely amazing job. It’s been a while since I had gotten my hair done. I was little nervous because I have quite a lot of hair and usually when I go to get it done I get quite a few whisper groans or up charges. But when I sat in that chair I didn’t get any of that. My press went by like this 💨and next thing you know I was done. No up charges, just quick amazing service. Thank you Marci G 👍🏾
