Nah they snapped, I’m not even gonna lie. I got box braids and they came out mad clean. Parts is sharp, braids not too tight, and they fall perfect. You could tell they really know what they doing. Whole appointment was smooth, no weird vibes, shop was clean too. I been getting compliments all day. If you need braids done right, this the spot. I’m definitely coming back.

I’ve gone to this salon twice. The first time for starter locs (2 strand twist with interlocked roots) was a pretty good experience and good wash was included. However, the price was a little steep and changed when they saw my hair because it is thick which I never understand. The second time i called to make an appointment and was told to come in early morning. I had a meeting to attend 2 hours and change after the appointment start time. I waited for 40 minutes, 2 other clients who came in after me were taken ahead of me and the receptionist called whichever stylist to see where she was but didn’t update me. I won’t be back but 2 stars because the starter locs were done well.

If I could leave a negative stars, I absolutely would. I came in for passion twists and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. First, the stylist didn’t even ask me what method I preferred (braided first or just twisted). She went ahead and did it her way, which left my hair looking bulky and messy. When I pointed it out respectfully and showed her how I wanted it to look, she refused to fix it at first and only agreed to redo the very top, leaving the back looking completely different. From the beginning, she was unprofessional— I arrived on time at 7:45 a.m. and she took an entire hour to even start, walking in and out, worrying about breakfast, until another braider had to tell her to get going. I came with my hair prewashed and blown put. You don't have to, but I have very thick 4c hair and it makes the whole process go smoothly. I brought my own hair, but they do sell hair there too. This is the 2nd time I've gotten a braided faux hawk style and I loved it. The style in the picture was $180.

Very clean very professional I feel like they are very respectful to their customers and they work in a very timely manner. The staff was just very kind. I would most definitely be coming here again 5 stars
