I got an acrylic set done by Elaine and was displeased to say the least. She cut me with the little electric file tool at least 5 times and proceeded to rub hand sanitizer in them which hurt quite a bit. She didn’t say anything about the cuts. The acrylic application was very clearly poorly done, she applied way too much and filed very roughly for a long time. All the nails are different thicknesses and lengths and almost every one is slightly crooked. They look fine from a distance but when you look closer all the imperfections are everywhere. She also let me leave with acrylic residue all around my nails which i had to peel off. It was definitely not very professional she was not precise whatsoever. The environment was nice. The lady that did my nails was very friendly. The lady that did my nails also did them very thin. The design wasn’t cute. Definitely won’t be back lesson learned if you want your nails done go to someone that does nails for all sorts of ages, not just seniors in my perspective. It looked like my nails were meant to be on someone’s grandma‘s hands due to how than they were, the art was nice, but Will not be going back to that salon there’s a first time for everything. I honestly felt like I was being scammed The set she did did not look like I wanted it to it. Look like somebody was rushed and forgot to do things I’ve Never had to say that that’s enough The Apex is completely off. I’ve never seen nails super thin and easily to break. Kayla Rae saw me on short notice on the weekend. I was only in town for the day but my nails were in desperate need of attention. She was friendly and made me feel so welcome. Will be back on my next visit!
