Margueritte Hair Braiding

I got the best knotless braids I’ve ever had. They were so fast, and pretty gentle compared to other braiders. I loved the vibe in the shop, reminded me of getting my hair braided by my mom and my aunties, all of them laughing and yelling over each other. I came Monday after work and there was no wait. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this place is great!

I will never come here again. We got here at 8:30 am. They open at 9. A person didn’t show up until 9:30 to do my daughter’s 4 feed ins. It’s 10:43 am. The lady is only on the second braid because she took the same braid out and started over again several times because she couldn’t get it right. She claims my daughter has too much hair. The ladies name is Adeline. I will never come here again. Nor would I recommend anyone here. When I asked her why she was still on the second braid she said I can stop right now and leave it. Very unprofessional!!!

Hair braider did exactly what I asked for, continued to ask me throughout the time she was braiding was it okay. Really appreciated her being gentle and thoughtful while braiding my hair. Will definitely recommend and return.

I drop my 2 girls off at 2 PM and when I came back at 5 PM, both of my girls were just standing in a corner. While they’re servicing people who came after my kids. Only reason I left them is because I have had a full conversation about the service I wanted for my girls too. I paid a total of $160 with no problem; even though I think $120 for my 7 year old to get mid-size cornrows into ponytails is a bit much. However, I paid the money because I need the service done ASAP and I explained that to the 2 women that was in. However, when I came and got my girls because I FaceTime them and seen they have not been serviced. Margarita, the owner had every excuse as to why their hair was not getting done yet. My daughter had an appointment and came at the time discussed with Tina, Tina then had my daughter wait for 4.5 hrs and told her to come back at 4pm when she arrives Tina informed my 11 yr old her hair was too thick and coarse and told her she couldn't do heR hair for her graduation. I've spent over $2500 in total to support this business and they were extremely non empathetic to her needs and my pay. DONT GO HERE !!!!!!
