Maria's Hair Braiding

I called on same day, it was a Sunday. I was happy they said come @ 1, we got there at 1, she didn't get in the chair till 345 i have three photos one is what i asked for one from the day and one from exactly a week later. They used to be good about 6 months ago but there is a whole new fleet of hairdressers.. I just asked for straight backs which is simple, until I got home that night to realize that they did not go straight back .. a style that usually cost $40-50 they tried to charge me $80 for.. when I looked at them in question they asked me how much do I usually pay for them and went along with it.. don't waste ya time or ya money

This place deserves no star ratings at all however one star will be suffice. I went to get my hair styled in knotless braids for $180. This picture is how they attempted to do the back which once I observed this I immediately told them that the parts were too big. They then in their native language starting yelling at each other and me which then made me very frustrated and I felt attacked. The lady that was braiding the back then told me that she would just take the braids out because it was nothing wrong with them and proceeded to cut the braids at any length. I asked them to stop cutting my hair and the volume in the shop increase substantially in their native language, it was obvious that they were upset with me. I got my hair braided at this shop a few times and loved the hair styles. My last visit was Awful and Maria was EXTREMELY rude. My appointment was for 8AM but she did not start my hair until 9AM. She spent most of the time talking, stopping to fix someone hair and braiding my hair so tight that I was in pain. She became nasty towards me because I told her she was braiding and twisting my hair so tight. I was charged 200.00 and the locs twist started unraveling/coming out. I received poor services and waisted money on hairstyle that didn't last a week.
