Ive had my hair cut here before and they’ve treated me well but I recently came in & had a different experience I wasn’t so pleased about. I walked in & was immediately greeted and sat down for a haircut. I didn’t get the name of the lady that cut my hair but she was an older woman with very short hair. She did a good job in actually cutting my hair but what disappointed me was how careless she was while doing it. I have an industrial bar piercing that goes through my ear that was touched and messed a lot with which I already had a feeling it was going to be, so I didn’t mind as much. But it could’ve been avoided if she’d been more mindful. I also have a face piercing on my cheek, and due to how carelessly she was while brushing my hair she tugged it with her comb downwards. It was extreme

I booked a hair appointment same day. Sammy was able to get me in and did an amazing job. I asked for a balayage and included an inspo picture. Loved the results! I was quoted 450 elsewhere and I'm glad I came here instead!

Traveling through LV, I needed a root touchup. They were able to get me in the same day. Mari was very welcoming and friendly. She did exactly what I asked and I enjoyed chatting with the ladies. I will go back if I am traveling this way again.

I went to Maricruz Beauty Salon for layers and highlights, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I showed the stylist pictures of the style I wanted, but the cut ended up being choppy and didn't match the inspiration. While the salon itself was messy and unorganized and the employees were all on their phones. I would not recommend this overpriced salon.

Great place to get your hair needs and then some... the customer service from everyone there is excellent, appointments available at anytime but walk-ins are always welcome, prices are below average and convenient location. Definitely recommend!!!
