The woman I spoke to on the phone on 10/6 around 4:40pm is so unprofessional & rude. I called to ask if they’re taking walk-ins for a wash & blow, and the women answers “yes” in a condescending tone. So I say okay I’m heading there. I get there about 25 mins after calling, just to see they’re closed. I made the call at 4:40pm, get there around 5:05pm..why say “yes” & then close? On top of that, their hours close until 7pm…I get business can be slow at times but I literally called to let them know a customer is coming for a service. Wasted time & money on an uber ride due to this woman’s lack of patience & professionalism.

They put a perm in my daughters hair n I didn’t find out till weeks later when she was washing it. I smelled a strong chemical scent, when she was done washing it some parts of her hair was straight some parts where curly. Completely damaged!!

Upon Arrival I Waited 3 Hours To Get A Wash And Set. I Understood That It Was A Back To School Sunday And That It Would Be Very Crowded, However After Waiting The Lady Proceeds To Wash My Hair And Things Got A Little Strange. The Lady Asked Me If I Was Getting My Hair Blown Out And When I Said I Wanted Rollers She Tells Me She Don’t Do Rollers On Thick Hair And Also Insisted That I Did Not Tell Her Upon Arrival That I Wanted My Hair Blown Out. I Came On With My Bonnet On And She Said I Didn’t Take It Off To Show Her My Hair First. I Cam Honestly Say I’m Annoyed Because I’ve Gotten Rollers In My Hair Since I Was A Kid And The Course Of My Hair Has Not Changed. So I’m Sorry To Say, But Can’t Recommend This Place To A Person With Thick Hair. They Do Good Hair. They Just Will No Longer Do Mine

First time visit and it was pretty good. Love the outcome of my daughter's and my hair. Very friendly environment and I will return.

Everytime I’m up this way I have them give me a wash and set. They do a phenomenal job!! I leave this place looking slaayyyeddddddd
