Market Place Barbershop

Eric and Jay are Highly skilled at their trade. Both have been my barbers since 2006. The shop is updated with wide screen tv's, complimentary beverages unisex restrooms and very friendly customers!

Mr. Eric is phenomenal! He gave both of my boys their very first haircuts. We will continue to show him our support and congratulate him on 18 years in business.

Eric was really great. Profesionally he did my cut with ease, relatively fast, and with little instructions. And as a person, he's a class act, I had a great time and good chat with him throughout. Considering that I am still new to the place. Overall, I had an amazing cut from what i can tell was a stand up guy in a clean and nice place.

Since moving to North Carolina I have been to a vast swath of hairstylist and barbers and left with a haircut I did not ask for. I was one more haircut away from just going into my bathroom and using my dog shaver to just give myself a haircut! My girlfriend schedules this appointment for me and I am instantly skeptical, but after going and enjoying the wonderful conversation about 30 minutes later I'm leaving with a haircut that puts some pep in my step again! I cannot say how grateful I am to finally have a barber who can make me leave feeling like a million bucks again!

Eric has been my barber for 14 years - I first went to Marketplace within months of the shop's opening. If you like an old school, professional barber this is the place for you. Best haircut in town, period. I just wish Jay was still around - I miss his haircuts and the editorials that came with them LOL.
