I would not recommend anybody to go to the salon she only treat Brazilian people good and if you speak only English she will charge you extra I can't believe we let them open up a business in our country this is ridiculous how they treat the American people you would think we'll be treated fairly one person charged $30 for eyebrows the other person charge $50 for eyebrow that is really crazy for the price and the location remind you there's salon looks like a big office space no AC also it's very disgusting how they treat people with kids I would never spend a dime in there and I recommend people don't even bother there I'd rather drive up to Boston or natick as soon as they seen us walking towards the door they all walked to the backroom saying that they're busy it was not busy at a

This place is really bad especially the owner Marlene I went to this place three times I tried to give the owner a chance three times and all three times she messed up my hair she overcharged me she charged me 50 plus dollars to wax my eyebrows on top of $250 to color my hair my hair is so short it is only up to my ears she tries to pretend like she does not know English so that she does not have to face her mistakes she puts her workers to handle her issues and if you are not Brazilian they do not treat you with respect they overcharge you and they speak badly about you to their workers in their language thinking that you do not understand what they are saying the last time that I went over there which was 2 days ago Marlene ran to the back of her office and pretended like she was not the

I have been attending this salon for 10+ years I have had many wonderful experiences! I have also been asked if someone was training if it was ok for them to do my hair before hand. Marlene Super Salon is a place of peace and comfort, people are treated with kindness and respect. These people are not the type to ever sit around, they always happy to stay busy, help others. Customers are not always right, I have witnessed that first hand sadly how disgusting humans can be. My daughter, my daughter in-law, my sister, some of my friends also have been coming here for years! I will continue to recommend Marlene Super Salon always !!
