Mary Dodier - Hair Stylist

I’ve trusted Mary with my hair since 2019. She was instrumental in helping me keep my hair healthy while it was relaxed. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair care for both natural and relaxed tresses. I’m very appreciative of her tips and advice on how to properly care for my hair at home. Her hair care products are effective for all my hair needs. I especially like the peppermint aloe shampoo and scalp treatment! I’m transitioning back to natural and am excited for what’s to come especially since I have such a great stylist! I can’t say enough good things about Mary. If you want a knowledgeable hairstylist, who is up to date on style trends and knows how to cut hair to suit your face and personality, you have to book her.

Mary is a phenomenal hair stylist! My mom and I are both established clients of hers; this was after many trials and errors looking for a hairstylist. Mary is caring, attentive, and personable. She uses quality products that promote healthy hair growth. Her salon space is also very comfortable and clean. The overall experience of being a client of Mary’s is wonderful, and we would highly recommend her as a hair stylist.

I got a full closure sew in for around $440. It included and thorough wash and treatment with a blow dry and braid down. She then proceeded to do my braid down which fit my head pretty well and my hair laid flat. The only thing was the sew in took a few hours longer than I’m used to about 8 hrs. She did also style my sew in I wanted long layers and volume curls. It came out okay I think I wanted a more feathered layered look but I like it none the less.

I have been going to Mary for eight years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting my hair with anyone else. She is absolutely wonderful talented, knowledgeable, and always staying up to date with the newest techniques and trends. What I appreciate most is how much she genuinely cares about the health of my hair, not just how it looks when I leave the salon. Mary always takes the time to listen, makes thoughtful recommendations, and consistently delivers amazing results. I leave every appointment feeling confident, refreshed, and grateful to have found someone who treats my hair with such care and expertise. I am so, so thankful for her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly goes above and beyond!
