Positive first my braids are very neat and worth every penny 230$ The business was very clean my braider Mary was nice and professional they all seemed to braid very well Everybody who walked out hair looked nice Negatives the lady Adeline opened late we walked in she said sit there no hello or anything it was very cold they played the tv very loud and talked in my ear loud to the point I had to say can you lower your voice it was a sign in bathroom that said don’t flush tissue in toilet which was weird no soap only hand sanitizer and lastly mary tried to change the price but once I said I would leave the price remained the same once they give u a price Make sure u make them stick to it or they will try to change

Very unprofessional don’t know how to talk to people. Went in to the shop trying to get my six year old daughter hair braided. The lady was mean and nasty toward us saying is my daughter hair is clean. I said yes is clean I shampoo Sunday. So I gave it to her. I wouldn’t recommend this awful business to anyone. They need to shut down. On top of it they hurt it my daughter feelings.

I took my daughter and both her grandmother's and myself to get our hair braided over a 1,000 bucks to have to keep telling them our braids are different sizes and then all of our braids started falling a week later by the second week our hair looked like it had been done a year. Never Again the owner Mary J never returned my calls..I say run unless you have 200 to spend on beauty store hair ever week. Also I don't give no stars
