They have RAISED the rates sky high for a basic pedicure! It used to be $27 when I started coming here 2 years ago, now $39??? I'll be going back to my regular place that is $32 for a basic mans pedicure. I used to drive 30 minutes to this place (also to visit granny). Now I'll just drive 2 miles and save $7

Ok so a very long wait and no not a good experience. I asked for a pedicure and manicure with 1 tip because I just one nail broke. She said okay one tip $10 added to like okay fine. Then I asked her if she was going to do the tip for that one nail and she said no no no no. I said but I want that one tip Done because my weddings tomorrow. She said no no 2 weeks all the same length.. that is not the points I want it on my nails to be the same luckily I didn't have to pay for anything because I had a gift certificates. But to be honest when I walked in I would have never chosen that salon ever just by walking and I knew it wasn't the greatest experience I just dealt with it. If I could give less stars I would. I walked in an hour before close and the place was empty and needless to say I ended up leaving without a pedicure or anything at all. This place used to be much better when it was owned by different people but the service there is horrible now and so are the nail techs. Never again! And I suggest you don’t either!

Sandy the Owner is an ARTISTIC BEING!! Every staff member is efficient and effective! They have lots of seats and if there are openings there are walk-in spots filled immediately! As soon as anyone enters the building almost in unison voices ask “May i help you?” Such a refreshing thing to see in this industry! I got a full acrylic set and a luxury spa pedicure and was treated as Royalty even tho the prices are very affordable! I am in love with this shop and it’s owners! Best Nail Salon 💅🏽 in town!!

I have been going here on & off for years but this is the first time I have had a negative experience. I could always count on them doing a thorough & pretty job on my pedicure, but sadly this is no longer the case. My mom & I both got classic pedicures but were both wildly disappointed with the results. For my mom's pedicure, they didn't even do half of the things that are supposed to come with the classic pedicure package - barely any leg scrub, no lotion, no hot towel. Hers was done in half the time that mine was, when mine been started a few minutes after hers. I was told that getting a simple design that I had always have done for $5 extra was now $15 extra plus $5 extra because for some reason they now needed to be shellac.
