Masa African Hair Braiding

I live all the way in Queens and went to Harlem to get my hair done. I saw online that this place is open late on weekends and saw they had good reviews so I decided to try the place. Masa herself helped braid my hair and some other hair braziers also helped. Everyone was wonderful and kind. The hair was included, I didn’t need to worry about bringing my own hair. And I showed a picture of what I wanted and Masa nailed it. She gave me exactly what I want for a good price. I am definitely going back.

I’ve been going to Masa since May and I can honestly say her team is so kind, so attentive, and helpful every time I pull up. Quality is in their DNA and my braids always look fresh and last for several weeks. I’m loyal to her and her team and they show plenty of love and care.

The service was great. I came to visit in NYC and needed my hair done ASAP. These ladies took really good care of me and did my hair with quick service. I love my hair. I highly recommend this shop to anyone from the city or just traveling there for a few days. You will not regret it 😌.

I got the small goddess knotless box braids and it was such a fast appointment! In and out! My hair looks so good and I’m so happy with the result! Will be coming back!

They are very unprofessional. Rude. Ignore your concerns. Worst experience of my life. Go to Divahairbraiding couple blocks up. Much more professional and never miss. Everyone is very pleasant. I think Masa is open 24hrs they had attitude. Mayb they need to close. I went here only cause in a rush and Diva wasnt open til hours later. Next time I would definitely wait.
