I just got my hair cut and my nails done here, and I’m honestly so happy with everything! 🥹 The whole experience felt really comfortable and welcoming. They truly listened to what I wanted and made it look even better than I imagined. My hair looks amazing and my nails are so pretty! I walked out feeling super confident. Definitely a 5-star experience for me!

Had a couples massage and it was a late start then my partners massage started while I layed there for about 5 mins. She walked away a total of 3 times for about 6 mins total to take care of customers coming in while I just layed there cold. Will not come back very unprofessional they talked the whole time.

They didn’t do good massage, they took 60$ for 30 mins, they are expensive and they don’t come after you come to your room,they wait outside like 10 min to finish the value time, they don’t even know how to make customers happy. They were rude, they don’t even wanna talk to you. However They aren’t busy. I guess you gotta take care with the customers who brings you money while you are sitting free and no making money inside

Last week, I booked a 12:30 appointment at 9am for a 1 hour massage. They made me wait 20 minutes, then only gave me half my massage and told me to leave. When I came back, they still shorted me on time and the therapist whose name is Surra complained my $30 tip wasn’t enough and don’t come back. Rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. When management contacted me for what would make it up to me, they did not respond to me when I told them to give me a 90 minute massage instead of a 60 minute massage next time. This is how they treat loyal customers!
