Massa Spa Schaumburg

If I could give no stars I would. I booked a couples massage for me and my fiancé for our anniversary and when we got to the location in Schaumburg it was closed. We waited 5-10 min before contacting the phone number. When we called, the lady seemed confused and said they made a mistake not putting us in the books to be seen and asked us to drive to their other location. I was very upset because this was a surprise gift. I will never come to this place. This was very unprofessional, not sure how they are still in business. When I read the other reviews they had done this to other people. Stay away from this place I wouldn’t waste my time or money here!

What an amazing experience! Went here today for our anniversary and received the best massages we've ever had. We had Becca and Yuna for our services and they were so kind and sweet. We got the champagne and chocolate package plus added on an extra 30 minutes and facials when we were done because they were THAT good we did not want to leave. Room was set to a great temperature, both women were professional, rooms were spotless. Yes they were open today even though the hours depending on where you look say closed. We got in at 11:30 same day and we will definitely be back.

Be careful. Cash in my pocket was gone after i had massage from Hanna. She was bad at massage either, probably not licensed.

Tonight visited this place and got a horrible service from the employees, paid for 1 hour,and only received a 30 minutes bad massage, I hope owner will take care of these ladies,they know nothing about massage

Surprised to see so many bad reviews but again some people are just miserable and have nothing nice to say / write. My daughter booked an hour and a half massage for me and her. Staff was friendly, massage was great and when it was all done they were very grateful for our tip. I will definitely be booking here again!
