Massage Avenue

Well a friend & I needed to kill a couple hours & decided to go get massages. It's Sunday & needed to be out withing hour & half so called around til we found a place that could fit us both in at same time Unfortunately it was Massage Ave .. The massage wasn't terrible but the Man that did mine didn't do everything that the woman that did my friend I could hear several people getting slapped (on back lol) Also she received a face & head massage , I did not. I enjoyed the hot stones so did she but he only pulled my fingers & stretched my feet. Very disappointed since I have issues with one hand & it would have helped. Well here's where he earned one star. We were in a hurry & I paid for both on my card & before I came out I googled proper tip I googled said $10 good $13 Very Very Good & mo

My friend and I went in for a massage today and the gentleman who said he is the owner of the establishment said he only had time for one massage. My friend was unhappy with the gentleman services. My friend and I went to ask for a refund since the gentleman did a very poor job on working out the knots in the arms and hands, but they refuse to give us a refund and instead wanted to argue about how good his massage was. I believe this is unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this place.

My massage was not good. I’ve had plenty of massages and this was not a professionally trained massage. They were going over bones with high pressure and not going in the right direction of the muscles, plus never moved my arms or head to really get the muscles good. I left there in much worse pain then when I arrived. The next day I felt bruised around my neck, and shoulder. Also the phone was answered multiple times by the person doing my massage and they left me on the table in the middle of massage. So I felt ripped off on the massage time. That’s bad customer service. Also they did not say anything to me about a mandatory 20% tip. I’m going to be honest and fair and my intention is not to hurt the local business but I also think it’s fair to give potential customers an honest review to look at and decide if they would use this service. First of all I called asking if they had a couples discount and the gentlemen said yes so I made a reservation for two. When we arrived he showed us the rate sheet and ended up not honoring what he said over the phone so we didn’t want to waste a trip and agreed to the regular rate. $90 for 90 min without hot stones. My wife and I wanted to be in the same room together so she had the male masseuse and I had the female masseuse. The 90 min was fulfilled but the “full body” massage wasn’t done, mostly neck and back. We been to many of these Asian massage parlors and had wonderful exper

Not professionals but they give a pretty good massage. I do however HATE that they charge you a mandatory tip whether you think they deserved one or not. I believe that tips should be up to the customer and whether they believe you did an amazing job or not. A tip is earned not a right. They do have the lowest massage prices but that mandatory tip does sting a lil specially when its forced. Would give a 5 star if it wasn't for that. I still recommend just cause they do have the lowest prices I've seen in town.
