Massage Bodywork Movement

I started seeing Shelley at Massage Bodywork Movement two years ago for lower extremity lymphedema. She has truly been life-changing for me. Before working with her, I didn’t really understand my condition and was feeling very lost. Shelley is incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to teach, explain, and empower me at every session. She helped me understand my body better, gives me tools and exercises to use at home, and even guiding me on better questions to ask my doctors. She is kind, gentle, and deeply compassionate. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and her pricing is more than fair for the level of care she provides. I am so grateful I found her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

After a tummy tuck, my surgeon recommended lymphatic drainage massages. I searched for therapists who had good reviews because I didn't know any. So I chose this therapist because of her reviews, and I wasn't wrong. This sweet therapist Shelly was my therapist for a while. I have to recommend her 100%. Today was my last day of therapy, and I'm very happy with her services as a therapist and as a human being. She is amazing ❤️

Shelly was amazing with my post-surgery care. She helped me so much with lymphatic drainage and was especially skilled at breaking up early fibrosis. I felt a huge difference in my healing after working with her. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about your recovery. Highly recommend!

Shelly is so amazing. I found her a few years ago when I had and I was in excruciating pain. She was able to not only give me lymphatic massages but teach me how to go through the healing process appropriately. Lately I've been feeling bloated and lethargic so I figured I'd give her a call even though I moved a little bit far away. She got me in right away it started working her magic. She is so intelligent incredibly professional so thorough and more knowledgeable than anybody I've ever met in this field. She's really an incredible person. Her hands are miraculous and she will teach you what you need to get and what you need to do to carry out some of this yourself. Shelly is worth every penny I highly recommend her services

10/10 Service is great, Shelly is super knowledgeable and cares for what she does! Her hands are magical, since coming here, my results speak for itself. My swelling has gone done tremendously and my range of motion after having just ONE massage was mind blowing!!! I’ve had 6+ lymphatic drainage massages done by her and each time, I’m progressing. After massage 4, I was able to stand up straight. Come here for your aftercare needs, you won’t be disappointed :)
