I visited today and had such an amazing experience with Cindy . I booked via ClassPass and was kind of scared of what I would receive , but I felt very comfortable with Cindy she was amazing. Definitely going back to her ! I recently got into a car accident and my back has been hurting so bad and sciatica too , I booked the sciatica massage with cupping and Cindy was super nice and helpful very patient with me and actually listened to my concerns. Thank you so much I will definitely go back to only her. I hope she sees this review too because honestly it is very hard finding a good massage person and place. Waisted money on a 60 minute lymphatic drainage massage that felt like someone was just rubbing with no real technique or basic knowledge of pressure points. I asked 5 times for a harder pressure and still no adjustments were made. Not only was cold lotion rubbed on me, it was also freezing cold which caused me to shiver. It was noisy as I could hear employees/people talking outside the door. The masseuse did not speak any English either so communication was impossible. This was not a relaxing environment or decent massage at all. Overall the vibes here felt weird as soon as I walked in the door. I do not recommend.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for a service that was not done properly at all. I specifically asked for a scalp massage and reflexology, but neither was done the way it should have been. They didn’t even touch my scalp , and instead they just brushed my hair excessively, leaving it completely messed up, dry, and horrible. On top of that, they had the nerve to ask for a tip—even though they failed to deliver the service I paid for. When I refused, they actually tried to argue and even get aggressive about it. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling more anxious and nervous than when I arrived. What a complete waste of money. I booked the scalp massage for my niece for her birthday with her mother and my sister. They kept stopping, used who knows what on the hair and made it dry. They didn't even massage at all. Then we complained and the manager just said they fixed it??? It made no sense. Such a disappointment

Omg, in the name of the lord. Do not go to this place. The place was a mess, not like in the photos. The room wasn't ready. She had to keep moving adjusting things during my all time there. She barely speaks English and kept saying sorry all the time. The chair they wash your hair is different than in the picture. I take care so much of my hair for her to brush in such a rough way. I could hear my hair breaking to the point where I asked her to stop. 😭 The products they use to wash your hair is low quality, my hair looks horrible now. The floor got all wet as well my slippers. I sat down on the bed to her dry my hair, there was no chair. The massage was not good, not even on my body. It seems she wanted to finish fast. Omg, this place is a nightmare. Go find somewhere else to use your mo
