Ren at Massage Envy is absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and so knowledgeable about what my body needed. From start to finish, the experience was professional and incredibly relaxing. The pressure was perfect, and she really took the time to focus on my problem areas. I walked in feeling tense and left feeling lighter and refreshed. I already booked again thank you, Ren! Highly recommend! 🌟 And I have to add, the girls at the front desk were awesome too so friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better from the moment I walked in. I visited for the first time last night. The service and massage were amazing. I tried to make some alternate arrangements last minute and they made every effort to accommodate my request. I felt more like a long time customer than a first time visitor, and the massage tech did not disappoint at all! I will be back!

Me my wife and sibling decided to bless our mom with a surprise birthday massage. As she has never had one and it was time. From the moment we walked in until we walked out the staff showed complete professionalism and compassion. Nunu who took care of our mom did an amazing job. Anthony who also made sure her experience was pleasant. He took time to explain the process before and after. Our mom had so much energy and a heart full of joy after receiving her massage. Thanks Nunu! She’s already thinking of her next visit and wants to bring my dad and grandmother. The experience was great!! I had a stretch session with Stephanie yesterday and all i can say is OMG! She cracked places i didn’t know can crack. She was very attentive to my needs and very very knowledgeable and helpful. I had surgery on my shoulder and it affected my hand and in just an hour she made great progress. I highly recommend her and trust me you won’t regret it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS The general manager, Ms Brice, did speak with me. She promised to refund 2 sessions. She only refunded one, stated I requested a charge back from my bank, which I did not. She has refused to offer the refund She promised. She didn't even have the decency to call me. She would only respond in emails after I spoke to the local manager. I'm adding to my previous review. This place has not changed. I've had a total of 7 last minute cancelations. Went today for a microderm, but wasn't told until I was taken back that they did not have the solution for microderm. This place does not care about their customers. I was told the GM will contact me, but I'm not confident they will call me. Don't waste your time and money. Support businesses that care about their
