Massage Envy

Really impressed with the deep tissue massage I got from Rich today. I felt like he really listened to my concerns and was very thorough in working through my problem areas in my neck and shoulders. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend him for deep tissue!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I had a 1pm appointment with Matt. I arrived a few mins before my appointment only to be told that they have to reschedule because his schedule got messed up and he is now 20 to 30 mins behind time. I said I could wait the extra mins because I drove 30 mins to get there but the receptionist said that it is going to take another 30 mins for him to prepare the room hence it would be an hour later. She offered for me to do a facial but if I needed a facial I would have booked that. I could have been notified about this inconvenience even 15 mins before the appointment I would have turned around. I saw the negative reviews and decided to give it a try but I guess not. Most definitely won't be going back to this location!!!!

The worst massage I have ever had. Masseuse was talking the entire time. I spoke about my problem area and he barely focused on it. Matthew was nice but definitely not a great massage therapist. I left in the same pain I had before entering and had zero relaxation.

I've been a member for approximately 13 years. I love it. There are months when I can't get in, but all sessions are "banked." I also do not like to schedule in advance because my schedule is erratic. I never have an issue seeing the therapist I like, John. If he is booked, it means hes really good and other folks recognize that. The backup therapist, Lisa, i like is also terrific! The office staff is great, especially Loretta!!

Kind of bummed. Everyone was very nice, but when you’re spending $130 you kind of hope there is some sort of professional massage technique involved. Lots of rubbing in oil and very little massaging. Definitely not what I paid for. Frustrating.
