Yesterday I've visited this location and I was told at check out that I have to pay a transfer fee of $5. I was never informed of it when I came in. This policy is not posted anywhere on the site. Additionally, they still took the $5 out of my account. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and if necessary the Attorney General. So they can do further investigations about what this transfer fee really means. Especially after I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I was never informed of writing of a transfer fee.
First massage at this place, second massage ever. It was amazing! Smooth and easy check in. Gina was incredible! Worked on all my problem areas and spent extra time on knots or tight spots. Will definitely be returning regularly
First visit yesterday . Not the greatest . The music kept kicking out and the practitioner kept cleaning her throat . It was less than relaxing and I was mainly disappointed overall . Expensive introductory price for the service I received .
A membership is recommended here for better pricing. The therapist are all good, but once you find your match(s) you should definitely book a few appointments with them. The one negative experience I have here is background music, it is very annoying and really not relaxing. But other than that ME is a good way to self-care.
Have to do this to help others! But not surprising all these negative reviews I have now been reading Avoid this location -- Dedham/Norwood -- at all possible costs!!! Less than an hour before my appointment -- which was a joint appointment with a friend planned well in advance -- I get message that my side of the appointment was cancelled. No real apology. No effort to try to rectify the situation. The manager couldn't even afford me the most simple of courtesies to give me a call to explain -- despite the poor girl at the front desk asking her to do so. Seemed like the woman before me had the same experience but she didn't even get the courtesy of a call so she showed up only to find her appointment cancelled.
