Massage Envy

I've been a member at Massage Envy for a little over a year now. I've been to a few different locations - my home location previously in SC, and now two in the Lawrenceville area - and have had great experiences at each one. I plan to make the Scenic Hwy location my new home location. I saw Miranda for a 60-minute massage, and she did an excellent job. She prioritized the places where I had the most tension, and the aromatherapy upgrade was well worth it. I've already booked my next appt with her, where I'll do the hot stones upgrade for increased muscle relaxation.

Had an amazing 90-minute massage with Pamella at Massage Envy, Snellville-easily one of the best massages I’ve had. From the moment we started, she was attentive and professional, taking the time to ask the right questions about what I needed and where I was holding tension. Pamella has an incredible touch: strong and confident when it mattered, but never too intense. She found all the tight spots (especially in my shoulders, upper back and lower back) and worked them out with a perfect balance of deep, targeted work and relaxing flow. My facial with Emma was amazing!! The massage she gave during my facial products were top notch. I would highly recommend her. She was extremely knowledgeable on the products and procedures that would address my skin concerns. She also gave great follow up facial appointments for my skin.

Went in for a 90 minute hot stone birthday massage and had De Pamela as my therapist for the first time. I must say I enjoyed all 90 minutes. She was very attentive and super sweet. I walked out extra relaxed. Definitely booking with her again.

Worst massage experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM RIA. She barely massages you at all. She literally just rubs oil on you and rushes the service. I did not receive the full 50-minute massage, and the session ended quickly after she asked for a tip. From the beginning her attitude was terrible. No greeting, no smile, and she looked me up and down in a very unprofessional way. While we were walking to the room she suddenly told me to go back to the front to sign paperwork because someone else had booked the appointment. The whole interaction felt rude and disorganized. There was also an issue with payment even though the member who booked the appointment has had an account for 5 years and had credits available.
