The massage therapists here are good, but their business practice have changed and have become a racket. I have been a member off and on since they opened. But my schedule has changed and I do not currently have the time to schedule a regular massage. After 6 hours of massage time stacked up, I called to see if I could put my membership on hold. To do that, they charged me $10 per month. Then when I realized I just needed to cancel for now and join again later this year or early next year, I called and was told that I would be charged another $69 before they "could" cancel. When I come in town to visit my daughter I always like to have a spa day so I try out different ones. The staff were very friendly and it clean, that was a 10/10 for me. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 star review is because I’m disabled and it was HARD for me to get out the bathroom because the door was so heavy I had to yell out for help. My therapist was nice, but she spoke so low I couldn’t hear what she was saying. But overall it was good. 😊

Had an amazing couples massage (maternity for me and deep tissue for my husband) with Kara and Austin. First time there but we both thoroughly enjoyed. Only giving 4 starts because I wish they had better soap in the bathroom and maybe more spa like smell. But I get it - it’s a monthly subscription type place but was great value for intro massage.

Just came here for my birthday and had a wonderful experience for my first time for a massage. The staff was very friendly and massage therapist was outstanding. I came very tense and came out very relaxed. The coals were so relaxing and can’t tell you how many knots were taking off. This was definitely a treat for my birthday today.

First visit today and I’ve already made another appointment to come back tomorrow! I travel between San Francisco and Henderson on a monthly basis and have been in desperate need of some pain management but it’s very difficult to find a decent massage therapist. Booked a last minute appointment here, showed up early, and figured I’d be waiting quite some time for my appointment because I arrived at 8:15 for a 9pm slot, but one of the front desk ladies (sitting to the right of a female receptionist with glasses) was super on top of it and immediately offered an earlier appointment with Brendan who ended up being one of the best massage therapists I’ve encountered. Hence, the reason I’m coming back again tomorrow before I head back to California for a bit.
