This Was my first time visiting this location . And I do plan to visit again. From the time I arrived to the time I left, customer service was on 10! although there was a little mixup on their end, regarding my massage time, they were able to fix the issue and I was able to get my full 90 minutes. It was clean and calming. Clay was my massage therapist and he did an awesome job. 10/10 definitely recommend him. WHEN I TELL YOU, HE TOOK HIS TIME! that's exactly what I mean. My very first time at Massage Heights. From start to finish it was an impressive and amazing experience. Front desk she’s absolutely, a delight. Daniela, was one of the best aestheticians that I’ve had in my 30 years of getting a facial. I look forward to my next Facial next month.

They advertise 60 minute massages, but it’s really closer to 50 minutes. I checked that carefully. The massage itself was just okay. I felt like my therapist didn’t really focus on the areas I requested, and the pressure wasn’t consistent throughout. I’ve definitely had better massages.

I had a great experience here. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Taylor was warm and attentive at the front, and my massage therapist Noreen was amazing. She listened to my needs and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be back.

My experience here was below average. The lobby area has very limited seating and feels neither comfortable nor relaxing. The front desk associates act more like pushy salespeople than professionals, haggling customers for memberships right after a massage. They pitch it as a “one-time deal that won’t last,” instead of recognizing the obvious tone and body language of clients who just want peace and quiet after their session. The quality of the massages was extremely inconsistent. My therapist didn’t review the information I had filled out on my sheet, nor did she mention any issues with my body or specific areas of concern. In contrast, another therapist added a hot stone portion, addressed tight spots on the back, and even demonstrated stretches and techniques to help with pain. To top i
