This was my first visit to a massage heights location. My boyfriend and I had received gift cards to this particular chain so we thought we would give it a try. We booked a 60 minute couples massage. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. You go through an entire intake process, not only upon booking the appointment but at arrival to the location. With this you would think the time spent going over your preference would be taken into account during the massage. However the massage experience was extremely underwhelming for the price. My therapist was Virginia and it was pretty clear from the start that she has a pretty low skill set. I had asked for a deep tissue massage with a focus on my right shoulder and hip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m a total massage snob — I go weekly and I’m very hard to please — but I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! My friend gifted me a Groupon for a facial at Massage Heights, and I’m so glad she did. Chloe was the aesthetician who did my facial, and she was absolutely wonderful! We clicked right away and talked through the whole service (which I never do), but she was just so sweet and knowledgeable. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and my skin felt amazing afterward. They also talked me into trying out one of their massage therapists, Elliott — and WOW. He’s incredible! Overall the customer service is amazing & Sean is an amazing owner of this location and takes pride of his staff to ensure all of the customers are having an excellent experience. I was take care of after having a disappointing experience, thank you to Sean and the massage staff team. This review is only for my experience with a massage I experienced with Michelle. TL;DR - Therapists are wonderful but don't get a membership, and expect errors with your appointments. I've been a member of massage heights for years, since before the pandemic, and I even converted my husband into getting a membership soon after. However, the issues we've faced this past year finally pushed us into cancelling our memberships. These are not in any particular order, but here's what we experienced that led up to this decision: - My husband scheduled a massage and facial. Massage Heights had reached out to move his appointment, but neglected to let him know that they only moved one. So imagine his surprise when he came in, and there was a 2 hour gap between services. The admins should've let him know when they reached out, and given him the option to reschedule both servic
