Low quality massage, credits have only 90 days after cancellation to redeem which they will make sure you don’t know about that. So technically they planing on stealing your money. There are so many other massages facilities and independent masseuse in town. Don’t waste your money here. I’m in shock they are not running out of business already.

Don't ever, ever agree to a membership package. If you get behind on using your credits and ask to pause your membership so you can catch up what you haven't used - you can't! They take every credit you have already paid for whether you pause or cancel. Also, when you cancel they won't honor it for 30 days, requiring you to pay for 1 more month. Highly unethical business practices that show they really only care about getting your money, for however long they can, not having long-term, satisfied customers. It shows in the revolving door of massage therapists they have, as well.

I am writing to formally document a highly unsatisfactory experience my husband and I had with Massage Heights Front Range Village, and to express our concern regarding what appear to be deceptive and unethical business practices. In March 2025, my husband and I visited this location for a couples massage. During our visit, a representative named Summer informed us of a month-to-month membership plan priced at $79.99 per month, which included one massage per billing cycle. She specifically stated that the membership could be canceled at any time without penalty. As part of a promotional offer, she also agreed to waive the initial sign-up fee. My wife got me a gift certificate here for my birthday. Great gift but the didn't honor the gift certificate when I called to schedule 2 weeks later.

Ashely did an amazing job! She uses the perfect amount of pressure and helped to relieve a lot of tension and stress throughout my body. I would highly recommend her and Massage Heights in general.
