Massage Heights Hammock Cove

My sciatica was beginning to act up. My first time at Massage Heights, I was able to get a same day appointment, I scheduled a 90 minute deep-tissue massage. Migdrey took me on time, we discussed my issues and she got right to it. A little aromatherapy, hot towels and hot stones(?) were used during my visit. She really worked over my hot spots and was respectful of how much pressure she was using and would adjust if needed. I've been getting massages for over 30 years and Migdrey did a fantastic job. You can tell she enjoys her work and takes pride in what she does. My only problem is that she doesn't live in my home town. Thank you Migdrey.

I just had a 90-minute massage with Janette this morning and oh my god, she was excellent. I require a lot of pressure and she delivered, you can tell she is a seasoned masseuse. I will absolutely be returning and requesting Janette for all future sessions. Thank you!

Purchased 3 one hour massages plus a $50 add-on for my wife this past Christmas. My wife tried to schedule her last massage, but they wanted to charge us an additional $179 for the hour massages. We stated that there was no expiration on the original purchase and they allowed her told receive the massage. After the massage, they attempted to charge my wife an additional $10 because their pricing had changed…. Fortunately, my wife caught this charge before she left. Unfortunately, they told her that the $50 add-on had expired. According to the paper received at time of purchase, this was not the case. Who pays $179 for a one hour massage? After having one good massage completed, trying to book another, they cancelled on me. Then, when asking for a massage therapist to work only on me medically diagnosed bad back, partly due to psoas muscle (back to buttocks - aka glutes), they proceeded to imply I wanted a "happy ending"? Is that a way to treat good customers? This place has a LOT to learn about customer service.
