The best facial I’ve ever had! The whole experience was lovely. Maddy was sweet and welcoming over the phone & when i arrived for my appointment. I explained to her how sensitive my skin was & Jenna was able to customize the facial to my specific skin needs. Jenna was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I just felt so pampered! My skin was glowing!! It has never looked & felt so hydrated. Im still receiving compliments on my skin. The room was incredibly calming! She also massaged my shoulders and neck.. That was truly better than any massage I’ve EVER had! The whole environment room and waiting area were clean, calming, professional and sooo relaxing!! I will absolutely be going back! I highly recommend!! 10/10 stars ✨ thank you for the incredible experience!

If you are looking for amazing facials and massages look no further! Everyone is so friendly and the environment is lovely. My facial was perfect and I received the BEST massage of my life. I highly recommend Massage Heights to anyone looking for relaxation.

Literally watch your back and bank account! I was able to book a massage at the last minute which was great since I was in a lot of pain. Mary the massage therapist I had was amazing and I would give her 5 stars, so good that I decided to do the 99/mth membership. My second massage was equally as good, again I had Mary and she was amazing! However 30 days later when the membership fee comes out, I notice I am charged the 99.00 and an additional 119.00. I call and leave a message to inquire about the additional charge. I receive a call back and message. It was explained that my appointment was booked too soon. I booked my massage based on the date suggested by the person who signed me up for the membership. Yes, I did read that if you book an extra service within 30 days you will be charged

The 2 massage therapists I had were excellent, however either my self or the scheduler had different appointment times in the books. Mistakes happen. It's called human error. They would not bend at all about changing the appointment due to human error on someones part. I had signed up for a membership, that alone should have shown my committment to massage. Instead they used my credits as a no-show ( I was on my way ). I asked them and had to deal with 3 before I had any resolution and not a good one. They said they had a strict no-show policy. Btw, I had not missed or had not been late to my other apointments in the past. I then said that I would cancel my massage membership and they said I couldn't. I said if I feel I recieved poor customer service, anything can be broken. They lost me f
