As I walked in the place the lady at the front desk was amazing in so many ways. She helped with going over all the options they had for care along with helping me with insurance things. I don’t remember if she gave me her name, but she rocked! Then I got Julia the massage therapist. She was absolutely wonderful as well. With 11 years under her belt, it showed it as she worked on me for an hour. Thank you both for everything and this company needs to know how good their employees are treating their customers. Had a great 1st experience with Sarah my massage therapist and she did a great job working through some of my tense spots in my next and shoulders. I am considering their monthly membership and will be back sooner than later no doubt about it.

Second update - Nearly a month has passed since my disappointing experience, and I still have not received any call from a retreat director regarding my refund. I called the location today and was informed that they are currently experiencing management issues, with a significant backlog of complaints over the last month. The customer service remains a nightmare—the front desk associate cannot authorize a refund, and I am forced to wait an unreasonably long time for a call from a retreat director. Given these issues, I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge, as this location appears incapable of resolving its problems. Please avoid this location and go elsewhere for your massage needs. They will certainly take your money, but they will not refund you when it’s their fault. I had

This location is great and so clean. They have so many great products. I've been going to MH for about five years and seen probably 6 different therapists. I saw Erin for the first time today and she gave me the best massage I have had in years. She actually focused on the area I told I had problems with (other therapists have not as much). Her pressure was great and she massaged so well. My neck is the loosest it's been in years. She was also very friendly and didn't talk the whole time which was nice. The overall experience with Erin was 11/10. Highly recommend!

Alicia was very welcoming at check-in and check-out. Ashley was an amazing masseuse.
