Massage Heights Mueller

It seems like most of the reviews are focused on massages, and I haven’t tried a massage here yet but I do have a monthly membership that I use for facials! I have been coming to this location for a few years but have been seeing Miaah for the last year or so and she is my favorite esthetician. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining what steps she’s going to take and what each of those steps does for my face. My skin is always thriving after a facial with her. Massage Heights is easy to get in touch with when I have questions or need to make adjustments to my appointment.

This place is closed right now because it is infested with mold. (See pictures of mold below) The owners and management gaslit their employees and tried to sweep this under the rug for months. When we first sighted the mold in July. If you’ve been here, you’ve also been exposed to mold. I would not recommend anyone come here or support this business if you care about your own and others health and safety.

I'm going to start this off with the fact I've been a massage member at Sway in the Domain and other spas. This place is super over priced and incompetent at scheduling. We had an appointment for Valentine's Day that got bumped. Then they call a week ahead of time to say that the new appointment got moved 15 min earlier. So I had to cut another appointment short 10 minutes to make it on time. Then I get here and they say it's at the originally scheduled time. When I tell them I fought rush hour to get here earlier, the tween's response was "Oh I'm sorry about that. We send a text message with the time." Not the best way to intro a new client to your services. They don't have paper towels in the bathroom let alone offer a glass of wine. How in the world do they get away with outrageous pric

The massage: shout out to OLGA bc she was amazing. I asked for her name for next time. I wanted something firm and a deep, deep massage and it was just that. Trust - she is strong. Was nervous after reading reviews and you best believe I scanned the lobby and room for mold, and did not see any! I also have reaaallly bad allergies and did not sneeze or have a reaction once, so hopefully the issue mentioned is resolved. Can’t say anything about how employees are treated, but the receptionists were kind, helpful, and patient. While they did speak to me about a membership and enrolling, it was not aggressive and I did not feel pressured. I hope the service I received holds up bc it’s a respectable area and was very pleasant. Thanks again!

Had a great massage service with Julian! He listened to exactly what I was looking for and had an attention to detail to help me get all of the knots and stresses out of my back. The booking experience was also very easy and everyone was very professional and nice!
