The facility was amazing, and the massage was amazing. I particularly loved how my massage incorporated stretching postures while massaging specific pain points. My only issue was I paid for a 60 minute couples massage scheduled on Valentines day at 2pm, we arrived 10 minutes early, but our masseuses were 5 minutes late. Then another 5 minutes to go to the room and undress and get on the massage table. The front desk assured that we would get our full hour, that there were no appointments after 3pm that would prevent that. However, when our masseuses stopped the massage, I looked at the time and it showed 2:52pm. Almost as though they stopped it short to allow transition time to get dressed and have closing discussions in the hallway by 3pm before they sent us to the front desk to be sold

April is a fantastic massage therapist! She truly understands the body—how it works, how it carries stress, and exactly what it needs to feel better. Her technique is both intuitive and skilled, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, lasting relief.

Chantelle was lovely, it was an okay massage, and the front desk was helpful. The biggest issue was the noise from people talking at many points during the session. There didn’t seem to be any focus on having a quiet environment.

I went there and asked for more attention on my shoulders and calves. Kevin worked on everything except those areas. In the middle of the session, I asked him again to focus on those parts and avoid the lower part of my spine. It didn’t help he said sure he is gonna do that and then just proceed pushing on my spine with his elbow for another 30 min. At the end, he said to come back next time and he’d help me with my shoulders and calves. It was a completely useless massage, and of course there’s no reason to go back. Why would he invite me again? But he actually did invite me. The girl at the reception was nice enough to suggest I pay $1,200 a month so I could keep coming and get massages for $99 per session

Kevin is a seasoned professional! As a former competitive athlete, I literally had the best massage in over 20 years. Kevin didn’t rush, he was mindful and targeted the areas of importance as needed. Excited moving forward to incorporate into my monthly routine.
