Always greeted with a smile and pleasantries by front desk staff (Naketa, Elisa, Jasmin) and even a hot towel! Lobby and facilities are clean, nicely-scented and well decorated. My go-to therapist (Carlton) never misses and the additional elevations make the experience even greater. Check-out is smooth and seamless—from finalizing payment to scheduling additional appointments. Location is centralized/convenient but comes at the cost of a high volume of traffic in the area. Be sure to allot some wiggle room for navigating and finding parking against the competing customers of Target and Wingstop.

I originally called about a deal I saw on Groupon. (About $130 for a 1 hour facial and 1 hour massage BOTH with elevations). They ended up charging me almost $500. I called and spoke with Andrea. I asked before I purchased on Groupon or booked directly if the store would honor the Groupon deal without going through groupon. I always do this so that the businesses can get the entire dollar amount instead of splitting an already discounted service with Groupon. Andrea advised "its usually cheaper if you just get the membership for $99." I agree this is a great deal. I ask for confirmation for 2 things on the call, both of which Andrea confirmed and I later discovered were untruths. I had an appt schedule for Carlos and told him everything was wrong with me and my work lifestyle. He was glad he knew what I told him to tailor the massage for me. I work behind a desk about 50 hrs a week and generally live a sedentary lifestyle. He knew where to target and said most people have these physical ailments. He targeted those section in the massage. Not to say there was tightness in those areas. I did feel better after the massage and felt confident in our discussion of what he knows in phiso-body mechanics that hes the person to fix me up and come up with a maintenance plan. I can't remember the last time I was this relaxed. Ms. Magdalena did an AMAZING JOB. I couldn't believe they did 2 hour massages but man was that what I needed! The tea after the massage is my new favorite part. If you need a massage soon, do not go anywhere else!! The lovely ladies at the front desk did an amazing job of matching me with the best therapist for my needs!

My sports massage was amazing, Carlton did a great job and was very informative about ways to improve certain tight muscles. Also the receptionist Sahian was very nice and welcoming! 10/10 experience and will be coming back
