Robyne's massage was amazing! She's was so professional and accommodating. I felt like she listened to my needs and applied the perfect amount of pressure. This was my first time trying Massage Heights. Robyne perfectly utlized the time in my session. I've gotten massages at other places and felt cheated out of the appointment time due to the necessary tools not being available in or near the room. I'll definitely be back and booking with Robyne!

I scheduled a deep tissue massage. I wasn’t sure who to use since it was my first time at MH. Irene was great! I had a terrible knot in my back under my shoulder blade that ran all the way to my shoulder. For a petite woman, she has a very good technique with applying firm pressure. I could have used 2 more hours to get the knot completely out, but she did a great job breaking it up so it could go away eventually. At the end of my massage, I got dressed and left the room. In my previous experiences with these types of establishments, I usually get a water and a goodbye from the massage therapist. For as friendly and seemingly professional as Irene seemed, I was surprised to not get this important closure of the appointment. I still tipped her over 20%, but I hope the manager sees this and

They do not allow you to cancel memberships even when the front desk associates said you can cancel anytime within 30 days of next payment. Mona the manager at this time is of no help. Seems to only want make herself look good for the owners. She should not be working there.
