Autumn was wonderful & I had a great massage!!!! The ladies at the front desk were great too. It was a great experience from the moment I called to book my appointment. Can’t wait to return next month since I got a membership. 😊

I love this place. The therapists are awesome. They are trained in multiple types of massages and really listen to what you are wanting. The staff is extremely friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing. FIVE STARS!

Once they received notice I was discontinuing my membership (which was kind of a pain in the first place) the level of service I received dropped greatly. Suddenly they had no good time slots to use my remaining credits on and the only massage therapist that had openings gave me the most low effort, comically bad massage I’ve ever had. Kept asking for more pressure (which I rarely have to do) and basically got lightly touched for an hour. It was like they wanted to ensure I did not schedule additional sessions to use up my credits. I found the person who ran this location to be sort of rude & difficult to communicate with. Beware the “membership” model at this place, it’s really not worth it in my opinion.

They used to be good. Then they started cancelling which makes it difficult to get your next appointment. So, I decided to go somewhere else and use the rest of my Heights credits in 90 days. I had 5.5 hours remaining. Now they are saying that in order to use those credits my account has to be active. The terms say that you have 90 days after you terminate your membership. I will let a small claims judge decide how to decipher it and enjoy my membership elsewhere
