I purchased a groupon for massage by Lana for $99. I called her numerous times to schedule a appointment. Each time she would answer and say she was with a customer and would call me back in 45 minutes. She NEVER called back and I’m super disappointed. You should not advertise services if your unable to accommodate or follow through with scheduling appointments.
