Right hand don’t know what is the left hand is doing. That’s how I can described my impression for this place. I came in for the first time to this place on the beginning of September with my insurance information. Also, advised my referrals information and scheduled first massage appointment 2 weeks out from there for them to do what they need to do in order for the appointment to be covered by my insurance. However, after my first appointment, I received a bill for $90 as per receptionist words: “accounting have yet verified info with your referral”. I scheduled second appointment for another 2 weeks out for them to figure it out what they need to figure it out. Guess what? When I came in for the second appointment, nothing has been done and the receptionist told me that I would have to

I want to give 0 star since they did inform me that the service would be covered by my insurance but after 4 sessions, they let me know that they are actually not contracted anymore so I had to pay for the copay + rest of the deductible, so basically paying for the full price. It's like a scam where they say that you'll be covered without even thoroughly checking first before setting with all the bookings, then they slap you with a bill MONTHS after your last session with them, demanding a full payment of with only a couple of weeks before the due date. But I added 1 since my therapist (which was new and was then not with them anymore) and the receptionist has been nice to me. Now they said that they will be transferring to University Place, so good luck with their next customers there.

I had my insurance consultation with Dr. Leny Tiu and was blown away with the amount of detail and care she provided. She honestly has been the best doctor I have had EVER! I recommend everyone should go and see her. Great doctors are hard to come by these days.

Had my first session today with Gregory. It was amazing, I felt like he listened to what I said and what my shoulders and neck were telling him. I'm going to be sore tomorrow but it is going to be a good sore and worth it in the long run. I'm going back next week and looking forward to it. Would definitely recommend!
