Massage Relax

The massage itself was good. However, customer service wise is lacking and the massage experience is not relaxing. I was given a paper thin sheet and they added paper towels to where you put your face down because she thought I was wearing makeup, which I was not. I had only gotten my eyebrows waxed. So now I’m questioning whether we wash these sheets because even if I was wearing makeup you’d wash these sheets regardless. I was cold throughout the message and again paper towels were placed underneath my feet. Weirdest thing. Considering no other massage place has used basic toiletries for a massage service. You get blankets. Things that are comfortable. Then when I check out and I say the price of my tip she tells me no and inputs her own tip. She tried arguing with me and I simply said I

I normally don't leave reviews. Certainly not negative ones. I called around 8pm to confirm the closing time and was told 10pm which is what Google says. I got ready and headed over arriving around 8:40pm. Walked in and someone comes from the back. I let her know I had never had a massage before hoping for some form of direction. She replied they were busy but I'm welcome to take the paper listing the pricing. And she went back to the back. I can't speak to the level of their massages but the customer service (at least as it relates to me) needs work.

Highly recommend this place. Stopped in and Tiffany took care of us. She did a combo Shiatsu / deep tissue massage. You can also choose Japanese Shiatsu which is when the therapist stands on your back to give a deeper massage. The location is very clean and the atmosphere is soothing. Will definitely be coming back!

Wow!! I walked into Relax Massage at 4603 Okeechobee Blvd. today for a 90 minute massage. It was MORE than I expected. Tiffany was there and took me right away ... FANTASTIC! My shoulder was bugging me for a few days and my right knee had a problem for the last several weeks ... Tiffany was firm but, not overly so, she knows what she's doing so well that, I didn't wince once (even though there were "hurts so good" moments. I walked out of there feeling rejuvenated and "healed". WHAT A GEM Tiffany is and I WILL BE BACK!!
