Orly at MassageLuXe gave me the best massage I have ever had, and I get massages regularly. His technique is beautifully unique. It’s intentional, intuitive, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. You can immediately feel that he has a true passion for what he does. His energy and personality are absolutely top tier — professional, calming, and genuinely caring. I came to Miami for a music festival and danced for four straight days, so my body was beyond wrecked. I walked in barely functioning and walked out feeling like I could go another four days. I was honestly speechless. The spa itself is cozy and comfortable. The tables are warm and soft, and you can tell the entire team truly cares about the overall experience. They clearly hire the best of the best therapists. Hands down

Been coming here for a while now. Got their membership (an amazing deal for those who gets massage regularly). And I can say that this is a fine environment with a lot of professionals who know how to get it done. Thanks to Orlando who have been very attentive and very good at what he is doing. Would highly recommend this guy to anyone who wants to get their lower back/neck pain fixed or just to feel relief after a long days of working.

This place will make it extremely difficult to cancel memeberships. The owner is rude, and refuses to speak to you in a manner that makes you feel heard & cared for. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their peace. I came in for a massage, and left feeling more stressed because of my interactions with the owner.

I had a very disappointing experience at MassageLuXe. My interaction with the manager or owner, Shania, left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. When I tried to address concerns about my appointment, her tone came across as dismissive and condescending rather than helpful or solution-oriented. Customer service is extremely important in a wellness setting, and unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a client. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope management takes feedback seriously to improve communication and professionalism moving forward. Shania dismissed my concerns and everytime I attempted to speak, I was told to be quiet.
