I had a deep pore cleansing facial with Jillian at Massage Luxe, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Jillian was incredibly personable, attentive, and thorough. She took the time to explain each step of the process, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time, and customized the treatment to exactly what my skin needed. My skin felt noticeably cleaner, smoother, and refreshed immediately. You can truly tell Jillian cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I felt relaxed, well taken care of, and confident I was in expert hands. Highly recommend Jillian if you are looking for an aesthetician who is professional, skilled, and invested in your goals.

I had an incredible one-hour massage with Bill! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I needed. His technique was the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic. He found all the tight spots and worked them out without it ever feeling rushed. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed. You can tell Bill truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be booking with him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing massage experience!

I got a great massage from Daphney! She made me feel really comfortable and was consistently checking in. The pressure was perfect and my back and body feel much better today. Happy that I booked my next appointment with her, and will continue doing so going forward!

Jayla was very sweet and welcoming. I've had facials before and thought this one was just ok. I came to Massage Luxe for the introductory price. I guess you get what you pay for. It was not relaxing at all. The room was nice and the bed was warm. I actually chuckled at the piano music that was piped in. Billy Idol on piano. I actually liked it! I felt there was no flow to the facial. Too many stops and starts. What really bothered me was that she took my time (facial time) to clean her equipment. All I could hear was the sinking running and the noise of washing bowls, etc... What I did find curious is she never touched my neck. I probably will not come back. I do not think Jayla incompetent. My massage with Destiny left a lot to be desired. I paid for a 60 minute massage and was in and out in 50 mins. - I called when I left and no one really wanted to hear what I had to say. SO I figured I would let you all know what I think. The waiting area has a stinky smell and is in a busy hallway - Didn't really set the tone for an "hour" of relaxation. Destiny's room is close to the bathroom - I could hear all the hallway chatter and the bathroom doors opening and closing. If I am being really honest when I was on my back and she was massaging my feet it felt like she was using one hand - so was she using her phone? Maybe she doesn't like feet? Here we are 2 weeks later and I'm still wondering about it. All and all I give this experience 1 star.
