I recently had home service for our hot tub. Customer phone service was very good. An appointment was made promptly. Our service technician, Pablo, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything and answered all questions.

They were helpful when we were just learning our hot tub until we needed a major part fixed (the pump). We purchased the pump in store. We asked if they guaranteed it would work because it was just under $600 and they said no returns but guaranteed to fit. It did not fit. We took it back completely unused. Never installed. They, once again, said no returns but to be nice would accept the return with a 20% restocking fee. So we are out $100+ for literally nothing. Our hot tub is still broken. This does not match the policy stated on their website since the part was unused, never installed, they verified the fit, and claim to not charge a restocking fee for verified items. If you need a major part, insist that they do the service for you so you don't end up in this same situation, or just
